by commissioning, trading, or working with me, you agree to the following TOS:
1. i reserve the right to deny any commission, trade, or work if i do not feel comfortable drawing the content.
this includes, but is not limited to:
☆ racist, lgbtphobic, or bigoted art
☆ art with pedophilic or zoophilic intention
☆ anything that might fall into my triggers
2. do not edit the art you obtain from me without consent first.this is to prevent people from taking sketches i make and getting them finished by another artist. i dont feel comfortable with this in all cases so please ask first.3. by commissioning me, you give me the right to post the artwork i've made for you on any of my socials- UNLESS you explicitly tell me to not post any of the art publicly.
4. you reserve the right to use the art you obtain from me anywhere. this does not include selling my art without permission, using it as advertising or for your business without the proper payment.
5. if you use my art in places that will have traffic (profile pictures, headers, or other) you must credit me somewhere.
you can choose how to credit me, but it must link to @naughtyswirls
6. i reserve the right to blacklist people who i dont feel comfortable making art for. the tos codeword is lionsmane. my art isnt for zoos, pedos, racists, or lgbtphobic individuals.
7. i can provide a sketch update, lineart update, and color update.this may slow the progress of your piece, but I will always provide a sketch update, and can provide a lineart update and color update when asked.
8. i do not offer refunds because of how my commissioning system works.i am able to offer more art if you are unsatisfied, but cannot give a full refund monetarily.
9. under no circumstances are you to view or distribute or buy any of my artwork if you are a minor / below 18.this also applies if you or your account is suspicious in any way, ie : being brand new. photo id with everything except dob and name will be required in extreme circumstances.thank you for reading my tos!! i appreciate it so so much, you keeping track of my rules helps make my commission process a lot smoother!
these individuals are people i dont feel comfortable owning my art or designs. they are allowed to use art ive made in the past for them, but do not purchase new art for them or sell my designs to them.kaciecat / kaciecat.art
